Short version: we collect only what you send us through our forms, we use it to respond to you, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

• Quote requests: name, company, phone, email, pickup and delivery locations, and load details you provide.
• Driver applications: name, phone, city, years of CDL-A experience, and anything you add in the message field.
• Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data such as IP address and browser type to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not run analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or third-party cookies.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and arrange freight.
• To review driver applications and contact applicants.
• To operate and secure this website.

By submitting a form on this site, you agree that WRW LLC may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), or email about your request or application. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Where your data lives and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in Airtable and the site is hosted on Cloudflare; both act as service providers under their own security terms. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business (for example, dispatch and recruiting tools) or if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions as long as needed to handle your request or application and for reasonable business records. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us, or to stop contacting you, by calling (312) 995-3147 or emailing [email protected].

California residents: we do not track visitors across third-party websites and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do not track anyone in the first place. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is intended for adults (shippers, brokers, and CDL-A drivers). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
